Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, we will notify you of the expected time-frame.

We reserve the right to reject a return/refund on items deemed to be ineligible.  In the event that we are unable to issue a refund, we will provide a detailed description of the determination. However, it is of our upmost priority to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
