Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange with the exception of one of our products under warranty. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for shipping cost to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items eligible for direct return must have been purchased through our website. If you purchased from one of our retail partners, you must work directly with them for returns or exchanges.
